Medical notice
Clarova offers a tool for personal reflection. This page explains exactly what the questionnaire can offer and what it cannot establish.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
What Clarova is
- A self-assessment questionnaire for adults.
- An informative summary of your own answers, organised into five dimensions of attention and organisation.
- A way to put words to everyday difficulties.
- A possible starting point for a conversation with a healthcare professional.
What Clarova is not
- It is not a diagnosis. The report never states the presence or absence of a condition, including attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity.
- It is not personalised medical, psychological or therapeutic advice.
- It is not a validated clinical instrument, nor a substitute for a structured professional assessment.
- It is not a sufficient basis for starting, changing or stopping treatment.
How to read your result
The indicators reflect the frequency you reported yourself for a series of situations. A high percentage means you often report those situations, nothing more. Many factors — sleep, stress, workload, life circumstances and general health — influence attention and organisation.
We deliberately use careful wording: “your profile suggests certain tendencies”, never “you have a disorder”.
When to seek advice
If difficulties with attention, organisation or emotional regulation affect your work, studies, relationships or wellbeing, speak with your family doctor or a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist. Only a professional can carry out a full assessment.
Emergency: in case of psychological distress or suicidal thoughts, contact your local emergency number immediately, or a 24-hour crisis helpline in your country.
