Terms of use

By using Clarova you accept the terms below. Please read them carefully before completing the questionnaire or ordering the report.

Last updated: 31 August 2026

1. Purpose of the service

Clarova provides an online self-assessment questionnaire about attention, organisation, time-management and regulation habits, along with an informative report presenting your answers as dimensions. The service is educational and informative.

2. Who it is for

The service is for adults (18 and over). You agree to answer for yourself and honestly.

3. No medical service

Clarova is not a healthcare provider. The questionnaire does not detect, diagnose or rule out any medical condition. No health decision should be made on the basis of the report alone. See the medical notice.

4. Pricing and payment

Full access is offered at 9,99 $ — paiement unique, tax included. This is a one-time payment with no subscription and no renewal: access to your personal space stays open with no time limit. Payment is collected by an external provider you are redirected to. Clarova never receives or stores your banking details.

Access is activated when payment confirmation reaches us from the provider. A redirect to the payment page alone is not a confirmation.

5. Delivery and withdrawal

The report is digital content delivered immediately after payment confirmation. If access is not activated although your payment was charged, write to us at contact@clarova.ch with the email address used: we will check and restore access, or issue a refund.

6. Acceptable use

The site content, questionnaire items, scoring logic and report texts are protected. Reproduction, resale or automated extraction is prohibited without written agreement.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Clarova is not liable for indirect damages arising from use or interpretation of the report. Our liability is limited to the amount paid.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
