Privacy policy

Clarova operates this site. For any question about your data, write to contact@clarova.ch. We normally reply within 30 days.

We collect only the data needed for the service:

• Identity and contact: first name, last name and email, provided voluntarily at the end of the questionnaire.
• Questionnaire answers: your responses to the 45 items, the calculated overall score and the scores per dimension.
• Consent: the timestamp of your acceptance of this policy and the terms of use.
• Order status: the payment state and a technical reference.

We do not collect banking data: payment is handled entirely by an external provider on its own servers.

Your answers concern focus, organisation and emotional regulation habits. We handle them with access restricted to the necessary server operations, with no public visibility and no advertising profiling.

• Generating and giving you access to your attention and organisation profile (contract performance).
• Providing access to your report and order follow-up (contract performance).
• Ensuring security, preventing abuse and meeting our legal obligations.

Your data is stored in a managed database protected by strict access rules. Traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS).

We keep order-related data for as long as our accounting obligations require, and delete questionnaire answers from records without an order no later than 12 months after creation.

We never sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising. We use a limited number of technical providers acting only on our instructions.

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as a right to data portability.

Deletion request: send an email to contact@clarova.ch from the address used for the questionnaire. We delete your record and answers within 30 days, except for documents we are legally required to keep.

We use no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. During the questionnaire your answers are stored temporarily in your browser session. A technical cookie remembers your display language.
